Key Features of
Mall Concierge
The really unique attraction of Mall Concierge is that it's available as an AI powered mobile app.
This means shoppers can find what they are looking for instantly on their mobile devices from wherever they are, as well (or instead of) interacting with a mall's digital touch screen.
In-App Promotions
Mall Concierge can offer in app promotions, in partnership with retailers, driving footfall to shopping outlets. Featured promotions (of the day, week, month) can be shared with customers. and a calendar of forthcoming events and activities can be displayed.
Mobile Accessibility
Mall Concierge is the first mobile app AI enabled customer service solution for shopping centres. Shoppers type their requests in English (or other language) into their mobile phone, and Mall Concierge finds the shops and services requested. The feature is already proving very popular with consumers in the sites deployed.
The 'My Mall' Section
Following a product search, the system guides the shopper to the exact store where they can view and purchase the item or service searched for. If the premium service is purchased the APP and the touch screen displays can display alerts as well (e.g. security, fire, lost child, etc).
Local Information
Also provided is a ‘My Town’ or ‘My City’ feature. This enables the promotion of tourist attractions and local activities/events. It also allows for the generation of additional revenues (at the mall owners discretion) via paid advertising and promotions for non-competing services and activities. If the premium Mall Concierge subscription is selected it is possible within the ‘My Town’ section to feature live transport feeds and links to transport and facilities bookings within the town (e.g. bookings of leisure/recreation facilities and tourist attractions).
